The group today
YouWe & Cars is a partnership firm founded in 2016 by Rajeev Bakshi, and 60% held by his holding company, Geetanjali Enterprises. Its showrooms carried Nissan for nine years and VinFast since 2025.

Legacy, 2016 to 2025
Nine years as a Nissan dealer in Delhi and Faridabad: a 3,500 sq ft flagship showroom and workshop at Okhla, a city showroom at Bhikaji Cama Place, and a showroom and workshop on Mathura Road, Faridabad.

The founder
A mechanical engineer from Thapar College, Patiala, trained with Vestas in Denmark as a certified erector of wind turbines. He helped bring Vestas wind turbines to India from 1990, then took the same discipline into exports, energy efficiency, car retail and facilities management.

1988–90 Solar thermal
Director, operations. Solar selective coatings and solar thermal collectors, built on Canadian technology.
1990–2000 Wind power
With his brother Rakesh Bakshi (Padma Shri, 1991, for solar energy), he built the joint venture that brought Vestas wind turbines to India.
1997–today Trade and exports
Managing Director since 1997. Exports organic spices, farm machinery and medical equipment, including EU-certified organic ginger and turmeric.
2010–12 Energy efficiency
Executive Chairman. Led the Bachat Lamp Yojana with Tata Power-DDL in Delhi and the Punjab and Andhra Pradesh utilities: 3 million+ efficient lamps distributed.

Director since 2010 of the holding company, established in 1995, which holds 60% of YouWe & Cars.

Moved the whole network to VinFast with the same team, and has sold 553 VinFast cars since launch.
